I have been doing research on asthma lately and I found your site on Google.

My friend, Peggy, suffers from this medical condition - asthma. She had an mild attack the other day while visiting a friend. Pet dander could be the trigger because her friend has a golden retriever. Peggy told me that she was able to ease to attack by eating some onions (she had not had her medicine with her at that time). I am wondering would onions (or other asthma foods) ease the cough?

It's good that the documentary is being shown to inform people about Acromegaly.

I have Acromegaly myself, I'm of normal height as the condition came on me as an adult. Otherwise, it would have been Gigantism.

My blog has a number of resources if you wish to look into this further.

Thanks again,
Trys

Hi; having had Graves disease, I'm back to normal Thyroid levels. However, I still have symptoms in my eyes; not protrusion, but gritty eyes. I asked my eye doctor if there were scarring from this grit, she then prescribed an antibiotic! If these gritty symptoms, close to torture sometimes, could have been remedied by antibiotics, why didn't my endocrinologist prescribe them? By the way, it was this gritty eye symptom that alerted my M.D. to my Thyroid condition.

Weight loss surgery continues to be a valuable solution for treating obesity, and may reduce several health complications associated with being overweight. After gastric bypass, most preferred weight loss surgery is the Lap band, which is the advanced gastric banding process that helps people to lose weight gradually. This process reduces the amount of food that the stomach can hold at one time. Lap band process supports long-term sustainable weight loss. Weight loss surgeries is the first step in the path of weight loss, realistic goals is very much necessary. After surgery, precautions, instructions, and self-control will only bring the desired results.
