Dr. Timothy Browder is an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Nevada School of Medicine trauma and surgical critical care division. He is board certified in surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Browder has conducted research in various techniques used to treat hemorrahagic shock and the use of CT scans for treatment of thoracic trauma.
He has received several distinctions including the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Resident Award for Humanism and Excellence in Teaching, 2003.
He served as an assistant professor at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles before returning to the University of Nevada School of Medicine Department of Surgery. Dr. Browder graduated cum laude at Whittier College in California, completing his undergraduate studies in biology.
