At Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell in Kentucky, she directed a staff of 11 physicians, 14 advanced practice nurses and more than 200 affiliated registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and support personnel. The hospital had 65,000 outpatient visits, 2,100 obstetrical deliveries and 500 surgical procedures last year.
She was awarded the Meritorious Medal Award, the Army Achievement Medal Award twice, Commanders Certificate of Achievement three times and numerous patient and staff recognition awards during her service.
