Dr. Howard Baron was appointed associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2004.
Dr. Baron is nationally recognized in pediatric gastroenterology and serves on the clinical practice committee of the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
Dr. Baron was selected by his peers as a top doctor in Las Vegas in 2006 (Las Vegas Life) and selected by pediatric physician residents for subspecialty teaching awards in 2003, 2004 and 2006. He serves as chief of pediatrics at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas.
