Dr. David Gremse was director of the pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition division, associate professor in pharmacology, professor of physician assistant studies, and professor and interim chair of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University of Alabama College of Medicine. He was also chief of gastroenterology at the University of South Alabama Children's and Women's Hospital.
Since 2004 Dr. Gremse is professor and chair of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. Dr. Gremse is board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology.
He is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and American Academy of Pediatrics. He has more than 15 years of experience in clinical pediatric gastroenterology.
Dr. Gremse has received numerous professional awards and honors including America's Top Pediatricians, Best Doctors of America, and Who's Who in America.
