Notice to our patients

As a result of a theft of computer equipment from a University Health System office on June 11, 2010, it is possible that personal information pertaining to some of our patients may have been viewed without consent. In addition to this public notice, letters are being sent directly to those patients. We have no reason to believe that the information has been misused. However, the letters will recommend steps these individuals should take to protect themselves from potential harm. Read more
